Mesa College Bookstore makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and pricing of all listed course materials. However, the book information and prices are subject to change at any time. Please be careful how you use the information on this website. The Mesa College Bookstore cannot assume liability or responsibility for errors or changes on this list unless the books are purchased at Mesa College Bookstore. Textbook returns are subject to the Mesa College Bookstore  online refund policy below:

 Spring  2013  Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued for course materials:

• that are in new/original condition. Wrapped packages, software, and boxed sets must be unopened and in original condition. Course packets/readers are not returnable.
• that are accompanied by a copy of the packing list
• that are returned within two calendar days of the start of the session (for purchases made before classes begin)

Items shipped on the first day of class and prior to March 1, 2013         

Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the receipt of the materials.

Items returned in person must be returned within two business days of the date you received.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable. Your credit card account will be credited within 48 hours of store receipt

Beginning  March 1, 2013, course materials will not be returnable.  Late start class materials may be returned within 2 days of the start of the session.

Defective course materials will be replaced up to the end of finals each term.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend that all shipments be sent with an insured carrier to guarantee delivery.
