Intersession Online 2026 Refund Policy – for classes Jan 5 – Jan 30, 2026
For books and course materials purchased prior to the beginning of the
intersession term:
A full refund will be issued for course materials:
…that are in new/original condition. Wrapped packages, software, digital
materials and boxed sets must be unopened, not accessed, unused and in original
condition. Course packets/readers are not returnable.
…that are accompanied by a copy of the packing list
…that are returned within two calendar days of the start of the session (for
purchases made before classes begin)
Digital textbooks/E-books
are not
refundable at any time
Missing or damaged items must be reported within 2 weeks
of the order date

Items shipped on the first day of class and prior to January 9, 2026
Returns must be postmarked within 3 business days of the receipt of the
materials.
All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping charges are
not refundable. Your credit card account will be processed within 2 business
days of store receipt.
