 Course Material Information and Online Refund Policy

Mesa College Bookstore makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and pricing of all listed course materials. However, the book information and prices are subject to change at any time. Please be careful how you use the information on this website. The Mesa College Bookstore cannot assume liability or responsibility for errors or changes on this list unless the books are purchased at Mesa College Bookstore. Textbook returns are subject to the Mesa College Bookstore  online refund policy below:.

 Fall 2024 Online Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued for course materials:

• that are in new/original condition. Wrapped packages, software, and boxed sets must be unopened and in original condition. Course packets/readers are not returnable. Science kits and art kits are also not returnable. . Access cards must be unopened/unscratched.
• Physical access cards must be unopened/unscratched, and refunds must be requested for fully digital items/digital rentals within 14 days of the original purchase date
• that are accompanied by a copy of the packing list
• that are postmarked or shipping dated within two calendar days of the start of the session (for purchases made before classes begin)

For Items shipped on the first day of class and prior to September 1, 2024:

Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the receipt of the materials.                                            

The store must be notified of any damaged or incorrect items within the 5 days of receipt of materials for replacement or refund.

If you believe you are missing your package or an item in your package, you must report your concerns within 2 weeks of ordering for replacement or refund.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable. Your credit card account will be credited within 2 business days of store receipt.  Depending on your bank, credits may not be posted to your account   for several business days.

Beginning September 2, 2024, course materials, including digital materials and access codes and all items purchased online will not be returnable.  Late start class materials may be returned within 2 days of the start of the session.

Defective course materials will be replaced up to the end of finals each term.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend that all shipments be sent with an insured carrier to guarantee delivery.
